We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
3. Privacy Policy
Places We Luv is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website, sign up for the Mailing List and purchase items from us. We do not collect personal information about individuals, such as names and mailing or e-mail addresses, unless the individual knowingly provides it. In choosing to provide this information, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Places We Luv’s Privacy Policy.
4. Order and Account Information
When you order a product from Places We Luv website, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order.
The Places We Luv online store has a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) encrypted checkout to protect private data during and after purchase. So that we can track your order, we will retain your order information such as name, address, email and telephone number for our records. Places We Luv does not collect or store credit card details.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. Refunds & Returns
Please choose carefully. We print and frame to order and therefore do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges if you have a change of mind, or for subjective reasons, or if you ordered the incorrect size.
We Places We Luv takes every care possible to pack and protect our prints. If in the event your print is damaged upon receipt from Places We Luv, please contact us via email info@placesweluv.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please state the issue and supply a photograph, along with your name, product name and order or receipt number.
Please do not send your purchases back to us, without first receiving a return email notification with instruction.
Places We Luv will examine any returned prints and at the discretion of Places We Luv will re-print your print at no cost, or refund to you the purchase price or issue you a store credit. Refunds will be refunded using the same method of payment.
Our returns policy does not apply to gift cards, sale, promotion or discount items .
6. Mailing List
Places We Luv offers subscribers the opportunity to receive our newsletter. We agree to use the e-mail address you provide only to send Places We Luv emails and announcements to you. You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of these emails.
7. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your item(s) will be sent to shipping within 3-7 working days for prints and up to 15 working days for framed prints. If you wish to inquire about a delivery, please contact us at info@placesweluv.com.au.
8. Delivery
Places We Luv uses standard Australia Post Parcel postage for the delivery of prints which can talk up to 3 - 15 working days within Australia.
This is an estimate only, based on Australia Post information.
Places We Luv will not be held accountable for incorrectly entered delivery addresses or late deliveries, loss or damage relating to postal services.
9. Payment
Amounts quoted on the Places We Luv website are in Australian dollars.
For Overseas orders, Places We Luv will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or related fees which may be charged upon delivery.
Your credit card details are processed by your choice of PayPal or Shopify eway. Places We Luv does not collect or store credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Places We Luv will be the merchant name that appears on your credit card statement.
10. Liability
Subject to the provisions of this clause, to the extent permitted by law: all warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded; we will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and we limit our liability to the replacement, or replacement cost, of the relevant goods at our option. If you are not acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, you may have rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act in which case the above exclusions and limitations (and any other provisions in these terms of trade which limit or exclude the rights and remedies available to you) will not apply to the extent these are inconsistent with your rights and remedies under that Act. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, the Australian Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply.
11. Changes to the Agreement
We, Places We Luv, reserves the right to alter, modify or update our terms of use. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
