Places We Luv does not refund purchases if you change your mind. Therefore, please choose your print style and size or framed print very carefully.
Please note: Places We Luv are unable to offer refunds for items shipped via Australia Post that are returned due to non-collection from your local post office. If no one is available at the time of delivery, it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the item (from their local Post office) within the designated timeframe.
Places We Luv takes every care possible to pack and protect prints.
If in the event your order is damaged upon receipt from Places We Luv, please contact us via email admin@placesweluv.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please state the issue and supply a photograph, along with your name, product name and order or receipt number and await a return email.
Our returns policy does not apply to gift cards, sale, promotion or discounted items.
