Returns and Refunds

Places We Luv takes every care possible to pack, protect and ship our prints. 

Please contact us immediately if you are not happy with your order.

Places We Luv does not refund purchases if you change your mind. Therefore, please choose your print style and size or framed print very carefully.

Please note: Places We Luv are unable to offer refunds for items shipped via Australia Post that are returned due to non-collection from your local post office. If no one is available at the time of delivery, it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the item within the designated timeframe.

If in the event your print is damaged upon receipt from Places We Luv, please contact us via email admin@placesweluv.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please state the issue and supply a photograph, along with your name, product name and order or receipt number.

Please do not send your purchases back to us, without first receiving a return email notification with instruction.

Places We Luv will examine any returned prints and at the discretion of Places We Luv will re-print your print at no cost, or refund to you the purchase price or issue you a store credit. Refunds will be refunded using the same method of payment.

Our returns policy does not apply to gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

Unfortunately sale, promotion or discount items are not refunded or exchanged.
